New Stash!

I got my Stash of the Month package yesterday from Tradional Stitches.  If you are in the club, you get one every month for $25--{Canadian}, which right now is about the same as US dollars.  This time the package included: a 12"x13" piece of  32 count linen called "Ocean Kiss", a skein of Stitches and Spice Sampler Thread--color Splash, a Mill Hill bead kit for a little Christmas tree, a little set of miniature bell pull hardware and a tiny sample of pink gingham linen.  Every month I wait anxiously for my stash package and it feels almost like I'm getting a present!

Mrs. Sew and sew, Yes, I absolutely love getting a mysterey package, it's the highlight of my month! Thank you, I just used an assortment of calico type fabrics from Joann's. They are the type that people use for quilts. I just take my cross stitch picture to the store and look for some coordinating colors. And to make the bag nice and sturdy I use fusible quilt batting on the inside. Thank you!
